• Dealing With Customers
• Increasing Sales
• Pushing Products For Increased Turnover
• Working Closely With Sales Team – To Check Orders And Stock Availability
• Working With Design Team For P.O.S
• Card Details Payment Is Accepted Before Products Are Sent Out
• Working To Deadlines So The Orders Are Done For That Day Before 1 O’clock

Requirements
Great phone personality and the ability to get others to want to do business with you. Candidates must be computer competent with Word, Excel & Sage. You will have to have a proven track record of success in Sales experience.

Secretary (Part Time/Full Time)

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team. We are seeking candidates with great personalities, superior communication skills and a desire to help the company grow.

Salary
£ Up to £12000pa

Roles
• Emailing Customers With Weekly Newsletter With Deals.
• Composing The Weekly Newsletter
• Also Dealing With ETO For Adverts And Forth Coming Magazines Promotions
• Making Sure The Office Is Stocked Up, I.E. Tape, Envelopes, Etc, Etc.
• Answering The Telephone, Dealing With Customers Queries.

Requirements
Candidates must have a high level of English and also have great phone manner. You will also have to be computer competent with Word, Excel & Sage. You will have to be well organized and be Self Motivated

Receptionist/ Sales Clerk (Part Time/Full Time)
