Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.  By placing your order you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set our below.

HOW TO ORDER

Top right hand side of the home page, click on Login put in your username (email address) and your password. Choose your products and checkout.

 

First orders:

 

First register on www.2cddesigns.co.uk choose a memorable and secure password.   Please do not disclose this information to anybody else.  Once we have done our checks and authorised you, you will receive a confirmation email. 

 

Now you can choose your products by adding to the shopping basket, when you are ready proceed to the check out, you can use either debit or credit card.  We will then process this order.

PAYMENTS

Debit Card: FREE over £200.00 (£1.00 charge if order is less then £200.00)
Credit Card: 2% of total order value.


DELIVERY

 

For next day service, your order must be placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.
If any items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our team, who will ask you how you would like to proceed or change your order (if an available daytime number is supplied).


BACK ORDERS

If there are missing items we will send the order out with a list of the out of stock items, we will make a note of the items missing on the ordering system, when you place your next order, you are required to order the items again. We restock two to three times a week, so often items are in within 1/3 working days. If you have any queries about back orders or items out of stock please contact us via email or give 2CD Designs Sales Team a call. If you would like any back orders to be held and supplied when available we will arrange this for you.

1-2 items: - Use our drop shipping service
3 + items: - £6.50 Next day UPS service

REST OF THE WORLD

Please call for details. We will only charge you what we are charged, or you can use your own courier.

Estimate delivery charge for EU is around £18.00+ for up to 25kg parcel.


MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

2CD Designs have NO minimum order value.   We do our best to support all businesses, big or small!

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: We do NOT have a minimum order quantity.

DROPSHIPPING SERVICE

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a drop shipping service on all ranges. We will ship the product for you, direct to your customer with your return address label.

 

Orders will be processed the same day, if placed by 1pm, or next day if placed after 1pm.   You will be notified if your products are out of stock.  Items will be sent out first class recorded delivery. We will use plain packaging and your invoice will be sent by email to you . If you require a drop shipping account, please register on www.2cddesigns.co.uk

UK:
1 item: - £4.00 + VAT for additional items to the same address it will be a charge of £1.50 per item.

PRODUCT IMAGES

 

You can download images, free of charge from our site www.2cdimages.co.uk 

All our images are copyright protected, which means that we (2CD Designs) have the right to use these images to avoid conflict with competing clients and to protect our artwork.

 High-resolution images are available at a charge of £15 per range please contact us for details. Contact us for your CD.



CATALOGUES


The following list shows all of the catalogues that are available. We will send each customer a full set of each, free of charge, with your first order over £100. For potential customers, all we ask is that you pay for postage charges. For additional catalogues, the price is shown below.

 All the catalogues we offer are unbranded, mail order catalogues.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY


Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like for like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed in advance, and a returns number issued.

Please note: When returning item(s), the sender is responsible for any costs incurred.

No refunds will be given unless the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Safety reasons we do not accept any Open Adult Toys/Lingerie, This does not affect your Statuary rights. Call for details.

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY

 

We at 2cd designs respect your privacy and do not share any of your information with any third parties.

Any information provided will be used solely by 2cd designs to and verify orders. You may not use anybody else account at any time, only the account registered to yourself, and should not let anyone else use your account and have access to your password.  We use this information to confirm the identity of the person registering the account and to be sure, information is not fraudulent.

 

The services on the website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, and you will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, current, complete and accurate.  We do this to prevent fraudulent users on our website.

You also will choose a password . You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ourselves immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
